فیلتر غشایی چیست
یک غشاء نیمه تراوا Semi-Permeable Membrane بین دو محلول با غلظت های متفاوت قرار گیرد، مقداری از حلال (رقیق) از یک طرف غشاء به طرف دیگر منتقل می شود. غشاء معمولا از جنس استات سلولز و یا پلی آمید است. البته امروزه غشاء را از مخلوط استات سلولز و تری استات سلولز می سازند.
جهت طبیعی حرکت کردن حلال به گونه ای است که محلول غلیظ تر، رقیق می شود. آب خالص از غشاء عبور کرده و وارد آب ناخالص می شود. اگر به سیستم اجازه رسیدن به تعادل داده شود، در آن صورت سطح آب نمک آب حاوی ناخالصی از سطح آب خالص بالاتر خواهد رفت. این اختلاف سطح در دو طرف غشاء را فشار اسمزی می گویند. در واقع تنها مولکول های آب قادر به عبور از غشاء نیمه تراوا هستند .
تکنولوژی اسمز معکوس در دستگاه های تصفیه آب خانگی :
هر دستگاه اسمز معکوس اعم از خانگی و یا صنعتی به صورت ساده شامل قسمتهای زیر است :
الف – غشاء نیمه تراوا ممبرین
ب – پمپی که بتواند فشار لازم آب ورودی به سیستم را تامین کند .
ج – خروجی پساب فاضلاب .
در دستگاههای اسمز معکوس خانگی ، آب خام تصفیه نشده پس از عبور از سه فیلتر اولیه پیش فیلتر ها و انجام تصفیه اولیه ، با فشار پمپ ماکزیمم فشار 100 PSI وارد محفظه هوزینگ ای که حاوی ممبرین RO است می شود. ممبرین از چندین لایه غشاء نیمه تراوا که به دور یک لوله مرکزی پیچیده شده اند تشکیل شده است. و کلر و مواد مضر آب را از بین می برد و سپس به شیر اصلی ورودی می رسد که در آنجا آبی سالم و مفید را خواهیم داشت.
