ممبران RO

این فیلتر ، اصلی ترین ، مهم ترین و گران ترین فیلتر دستگاه های تصفیه آب خانگی اسمز معکوس است. فیلتر RO از لایه های غشاء نیمه تراوا ساخته شده است که به دور یک لوله مرکزی پیچیده شده اند. غشاء از نوعی پلیمر آب دوست ساخته شده است که می تواند از جنس مواد پلی آمید و یا استات سلولز باشد.

وظیفه این فیلتر حذف ناخالصی های جامد محلول در آب نظیر : نیترات ، فلزات سنگین ( کادمیوم ، سرب ، جیوه ، مس و … ) آرسنیک ، املاح تشکیل دهنده سختی آب و کاهش سنگینی آب است. با حذف ناخالصی های محلول در آب ، آب های سنگین تبدیل به آب گوارا و سبک شده و سختی نامطلوب آب به طرز چشمگیری کاهش پیدا می کند و باعث جلوگیری از رسوب گذاری آب در کتری و سماور و سایر لوازمی که با آب گرم و جوش سرو کار دارند می شود.

زمان تعویض فیلتر غشائی اسمز معکوس ( ممبران RO  ): از آنجا که مولکولهای ناخالصی موجود در آب ، قادر به عبور از غشاء نیمه تراوا نیستند ، در نتیجه در طرف دیگر غشاء جمع می شوند. اما دستگاه تصفیه آب خانگی  طوری طراحی شده است که از تجمع این املاح در بین لایه های فیلتر جلوگیری می کند و آنها را از طریق مجرای تخلیه پساب دستگاه ، به بیرون هدایت می کند. این موضوع باعث می شود که عمر مفید این فیلتر زیاد باشد. اما زمان دقیق تعویض این فیلتر بستگی به عواملی از قبیل : کیفیت آب ورودی و میزان املاح موجود در آب ، نوع املاح و  تعویض به موقع فیلترهای دیگر  دارد. چنانچه فیلترهای دیگر  که در بالا ذکر شد به موقع تعویض شوند ، این فیلتر بین 2 تا 3 سال عمر خواهد کرد. زمانی که املاح در اطراف فیلتر تجمع کنند ،  روند تولید آب توسط دستگاه کند خواهد شد و در نتیجه منبع ذخیره دستگاه به کندی پر خواهد شد. در صورت مشاهده این علایم از نمایندگی فروش و خدمات پس از فروش شرکت کاسپین ارتباط عرشیا در منطقه خود بخواهید که دستگاه تصفیه آب شما را بررسی کرده و در صورت لزوم نسبت به تعویض ممبران اقدام نماید.
