عوامل آلودگی آب
بر اثر توسعه شدید شهر نشینی و صنعتی عوامل آلوده کننده مختلفی به صورت فیزیکی شیمیایی و بیولوژیکی داخل محیط زیست مخصوصا آب با سنگهای پوسته زمین خاک و تماس آن با مواد به کار رفته در ساخت شبکه های توزیع آب و تصفیه خانه ها در صورتی که اصلاحات لازم از نظر PH و کیفیت آن انجام نشده باشد در ورود آلوده کننده ها به آب تاثیر مهمی به جای خواهد گذاشت. بنابراین استفاده از دستگاه های تصفیه آب خانگی امری ضروری است.

اثرات آلودگی های ناشی توسعه تکنولوژی بر هوا نیز نمی تواند نادیده گرفته شود و خسارتی که از طریق این آلودگی به محیط زیست و انسان و تمام موجوداتی که به نحوی در زندگی انسان موثراست وارد می گردد در موارد عدیده ای بیشتر از تاثیر آلودگی ها بر آب است .
که احتیاج به تصفیه آب آشامیدنی و استفاده مردم از دستگاه های تصفیه آب خانگی امری ضروری است.
